The box was filled with magazines, articles, press clippings, cassettes, etceteras... All related to Frank Zappa. A perfect gift for a Zappa freak like me. (Thanks again P. !!)
Every week or so, I've been taking stuff from the box. Not too much at once. That would spoil the fun.
Last week, I came across this set of promo pictures for Frank Zappa's "200 Motels", the movie.
I'm happy to share them here.
Eight pictures in all. Almost A3 in size. Black and white, and looking as if they are over 40 years old (which is okay as they actually are over 40 years old !).
Picture number 6 might look very familiar. This shot was used for the booklet / insert that came along with the 10 lp bootleg box "The History And Improvisations Of The Mothers..." on the Mud Shark label.
If everything works out fine, you should be able to click on the picture to enlarge it. Might even get you a new desktop image.
