Chicago-based, progressive music band Marbin has just released their third album,"Last Chapter Of Dreaming".
Danny MARkovitch on saxes, and Dani RaBIN on guitar, are Marbin. They are assisted by Justyn Lawrence on drums and Jae Gentile on bass.
With over 450 shows in the last two and a half years, the band is said to be the hardest working band of the progressive music scene. Far more important is the fact that they succeed in surprising their listeners.
Marbin has the ability to convert a wide range of influences and a variety of genres into a sound of their own. I'm very impressed by the technical skills, the tightness and the interactions of the quartet. Add the fine compositions (with an emphasis on the melodical and lyrical aspects) and you get a beautiful and very impressive album.
Progressive rock fans and guitar enthousiasts need to hear this !!
